The Annual EAU Congress and the International EAUN Meeting hold a wide range of activities, tailoring its scientific programme to the delegates from all over the world and coming from various professional backgrounds. Here you will find the information about various types of delegate registration, fees, registration requirements and entitlements. You can register for these meetings online from 1 October 2012 until 22 February 2013, or on-site during the congress.

What Are the Delegates Entitled to?

• Participate in all scientific sessions with the exception of the ESU-organised Courses for which an additional fee is required.
• Access the EAU Exhibition
• Obtain a congress bag and related congress documents
• Obtain a public transportation pass
• Attend the EAU Opening Ceremony

Everybody who participates in the 28th Annual EAU Congress will be charged with 21% VAT in accordance with the Italian law.

For nurses, residents and PhD researchers proof of status is required for registration. A resident is person who is doing a stage of his/her postgraduate medical training. A PhD researcher is a person who is conducting research to earn a PhD degree.

To qualify for a reduced congress fee, you need to hold an active membership with the European Association of Urology or the European Association of Urology Nurses.

The online registration system will automatically check your membership status and calculate the total amount. Your membership dues must be paid up to and including 2013. The online registration system will alert you if your membership payment is due; in which case you will need to contact Ms. Jessica Bijlsma-Hatzmann at the Membership Department of the EAU, before proceeding with the application.

Other Delegates

Accompanying persons are entitled to:

• Access the EAU Exhibition
• Attend the EAU Opening Ceremony
• Obtain a public transportation pass
• It is not possible to register an accompanying person without registering a delegate.

The following deadlines are valid for all types of registration:

Early online registration: Thursday, 1 October 2012 – Friday, 4 January 2013*
Late online registration: Saturday, 5 January 2013 – Friday, 1 February 2013*
Last-minute online registration: Saturday, 2 February 2013 – Friday, 22 February 2013*

Online registration is no longer possible after 22 February 2013.

On-site registration: 14-19 March 2013

* Payment must be received by the EAU within the indicated period.

Fees for Webcasts

Webcasts of most presentations will be available within 24 hrs. and are easy accessible through this site. The webcasts will be available as of 16 March 2013. You can purchase a 3-year access to these webcasts when you register for the congress and view the webcasts at your convenience. If you have already registered, please contact our Registrations Department and they will process your request.
