Change & Cancellation
If you need to change the name of a registered participant, or cancel participation in the congress, please read the following information about the associated fees and deadlines.
Everybody who participates in the 28th Annual EAU Congress will be charged with 21% VAT in accordance with the Italian Law. Our online registration system will automatically add the VAT to the total.

Exhibitors
Name changes are free of charge and can be made online until 1 February 2013. Please note that there are special name change arrangements for Gold and Platinum Sponsors of the EAU.
Cancellation of Registration

1 October 2012 - 4 January 2013 | €50.00 will be witheld |
5 January 2012 - 1 February 2013 | 50% will be refunded |
After 1 February 2013 | Registration fee will not be refunded |
Refunds of group registrations will be handled after the congress.
